As we begin the arduous task of re-booking over 800 appointments, we ask that you be flexible and patient with our team. We will be calling as many of you as possible over the next few days and also returning your calls as soon as we can get to them.
We are also very excited to see you, but due to social distancing requirements, we’ve had to make some schedule and policy changes.
~We can only have up to 6 hair stylists and two nail artists working at a time versus our normal full team. Our schedules will be changed dramatically to accommodate our safety and yours. We ask that you please be flexible, understanding, and bear with us!
~We will not be double-booking ourselves, which means we can only see one guest at a time.
~We will be taking your temperature at the door with a forehead thermometer.
~We will work tirelessly to ensure your safety through our sanitation practices.
~We will help you navigate all retail purchases, as it’s best that clients do not touch the retail.
~We will not be offering blow dry services at this time as to avoid blowing air about.
We know all of this is a bit much, but we are all in this together and can greatly eliminate much of the anxiety around the reopen.
Below are just a few simple things that we are asking of you to help us get into our groove:
~Please do not bring any plus-ones including children to your appointment.
~Please bring an ear-loop mask as that this is the style we are able to work around. We can provide you with one for $2.
~If you are a haircut only, please consider arriving with already wet hair. This will cut down on time and help with keeping the shampoo bowls less active.
~Please arrive at the start time of your appointment. Not early or late. This will greatly help keep our schedules running as smoothly as possible.
