Are you out of your favorite shampoo and conditioner but don’t have an appointment coming up? Not to worry!

All retail hair products are now available on our online store as well! For your convenience, you can now purchase any product from the comfort of your own home and then pick up from the salon via curbside pickup at your earliest convenience. All you have to do is give us a call once you are parked outside of the salon and we will run the product out to you. Easy as pie! 🥧

So how does it work?

Note: the checkout WILL prompt you for a shipping address (this is an online store feature that we are unable to turn off at this time) - we are only offering curbside pickup for the foreseeable future. We apologize for any confusion!

Our aim is to package orders within 24-48 hours of receipt Monday through Friday. We will send you an email when your order has been received and fulfilled. Order online anytime. Please call us at 216.862.6029 to speak to one of our front desk staff members for questions. Pickup will be available during business hours.

RETURN POLICY
Boutique Items: All boutique items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. If you do not have a receipt, you can exchange for another boutique item. Items must be in original condition with original packaging to be returned.

Hair Care: All hair products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. Product must show minimal use. After 14 days, products will only be accepted for exchange. Hair brushes cannot be returned. Salon reserves the right to not accept a return.

We are so excited to announce that our salon boutique is now available online! You can now shop our wonderful collection of unique items and product retail from the comfort of your own home. Just in time for the holiday season!

Our goal is to fill order 24 - 48 hours of receipt Monday through Friday. We will email you when your order has been fulfilled! Purchases will be available for pickup at our salon.

How does curbside pickup work?

Once you receive your email confirming that your order is ready for pickup, head to the salon at your earliest convenience during business hours. Once you have arrived at the salon, give us a call at 216.862.6029 to let us know you have arrived for your curbside pickup.* We will then run the order out to you!

*If you call us and we do not answer, wait a minute or two and try again. We were likely just assisting a client!
